Our Learning Spaces
In Nursery, we have two family group sessions per day. This is where the children work with an adult, in a small group, for a directly taught session. During the rest of the session, the children partake in continuous provision sessions. This means that the children chose from a variety of activities, both indoors and outdoors, to support their learning.
The children have daily access to many areas indoors including:
Gross motor, role play, fine motor, mark making, maths, performing arts, creative, reading, technology, small world, construction, investigations and challenge areas.
Within the outdoors, the children have access to the following areas: marking making, maths, gross motor, digging, role play, the mud kitchen, investigation and discovery areas, as well as reading and sports areas.
